As a teacher, my role is to help my students to develop and enhance their academic performance by engaging them with creative content. It has been observed that by learning any subject will help to enhance their focus and incraese their concentration. For this purpose, I have organized a debate competition in my classroom in which each and every student have to participate. At first, it is important to know the importance of curriculum, in our lives at first it helps to bring effectiveness in the study and it helps the student to meet their content standards and to accomplish their goals. In simple sentences, I can say that a curriculum is important to learn certain strategies to succeed in lives and it is an interactive session. In this process, the students can cooperate with each other and it will help me to know each student easily and I can helo them too. It has been observed that through this curriculum activity the school as well as parents can guide the student to accomplish their targets. The strength of this curriculum is it will provide an extreme learning experience and it will help to develop speaking skills and confidence within students. On the other hand, while implementing this process I found that some student might lose their enthusiasm as they don't find their learning process that much interesting. It might increase their stress and depre4ssion level and it can influence their academic marks.
