answer-

The five things i would suggest to my brother to make his presentation effective are-

He needs to know his audience- Any presentation will be effective if it is given from the point of view of audience not speaker. He needs to know what they want to listen during the presentation. He can do this by putting himself into thier shoes. for example- He can find what issues and problems people in the state are facing like low employment rate, police brutality, inequality etc so he can make his presentation to address needs of people in the state.

Practice the speech many times- Any presentation will face downfall if speaker is nervous and stop while speaking because he forget what he is trying to say so practicing the speech say infront of mirror or family audience as mock speech will remove nervousness of my brother. He will be confident when he will present infront of voters.

Make presentation simple to understand- The use of too much technical words, jargons etc will make presentation ineffective. I would advise my brother to keep presentation in simple english. It would be easy to understand. Use of technical words and jargons will confuse their mind to process the meaning of such words.

Make presentation interesting as well as use facts- It is very common for audience to get bored when they hear speeches of candidates in election. To keep attention of audience start to end, I would suggest my brother to add facts that surprise them and make some funny points like funny punch line to freshen up the audience. Too much boring presentation can cause voters to leave in between.

Make eye contact and smile. He should smile and make eye contact when presenting any speech infront of audience. It will help my brother to stay connected and create a good impression infront of voters.

NOte- hope these ideas and views will help you in your question home work. Please please give this an UPVOTE if it helped you. it helps me too. i appreciate it. THANKYOU..
