(i) Firstly you have to do the mathematical modeling for this
(ii) Then machine joint analysis by using FEA software
(iii) After that you have to do stress distribution for every model
(iv) Then you can conclude that maximum stress produced in quick heating of a machine.

Calculate the dynamic stress in each part then structural analysis of machine using FEA software
Then in last stage you have to do the joint analysis in FEA software and give the stress analysis model in the end.
