While the process of brainstorming is necessary, who should (which employee roles) be a part of the brainstorming process? Should non-management, management, and C-Suite, participate? If so, should the sessions be level dependent or a mix? Share your thoughts and discuss benefits.
Brainstorming refers to a technique creative technique that performs group activities and efforts to find the best possible solution of cumbersome problems and in other words, brainstorming is a session in which different peoples come together to find ideas or solutions for specific issues.
Brainstorming can be performed at any level, even outside inputs welcomes and any position but the topic varies upon the nature problem and brainstorming performed on a managerial level, management level, functional level, and also ideas welcome that are from outside.
Mostly brainstorming perform on a functional team level and anybody from outside, as we have seen in a few cases management level to suggest unique solutions of a cumbersome issue through collectively working to form a common opinion that must be creative and unique.
Sessions by a mixed group of members that have a variety of expertise, knowledge, skills, experience, and creativity, and these members jointly find creative solutions of cumbersome problems.
As per my personal experience and knowledge brainstorming is a unique practice that effectively making possible creative and new ideas of problems by collectively working on issues.
