1) The fact that some charged particles repel and some attract proves that there are two kinds of charges and that like charges repel each other and opposite charges attract. It's also proved through alpha ray scattering experiment.
2) We will need strings to attach pith balls. Rub two pairs of balls together to create four charged balls. check whcih balls are repelling each other. After having two like charged balls, measure their charge by an electrometer and a faraday pail. Now hang them with strings at certain distance apart. By balancing forces of electricity and gravitation we will confirm Coulomb's force i.e THe force of electricity is directly proportional to the product of charges and inversely proportional to the distance between them.
3) The three main methods of charging an object are:
a) Friction : By rubbing two objects together.
b) Conductance : By touching one charged body to other neutral body
c) Induction : By electromagneticity without contact an object can be charged.
