part 1-My company is Apple which is very famous global electronics company sells iphones, Ipads, Macbooks etc. The competitive advantage of apple Comes from differentiation stratgey. Differentiation stratgey is a strategy in which company differentiate its products from rivals and provide unique feature which is not offered by rivals. Apple differentiate itself by offering innovation in its iphones and other products. Apple offer fast speed processor. Its iOS and Mac OS is also unique point for apple.
Part 2- Apple operate in market niche because it sells limited products but use premium pricing at which it charges high prices for its products. Apple uses positiong stratgey of high quality and high price which shows social status of people. Apple has positioned itself as luxury and premium brand of smartphones. Company also focus on manufacturing some exclusive range of phones in actual gold for rich people like millionaairs or billionnaires.
Apple chooses this because apple is able to set itself as a brand which can be identified anywhere at any point by customers.Apple does not want to offer low price products because it could lose its premium image and everyone can afford that. so this is the best approach to maintain profitability and good positiioning image in eyes of customers.

For customers who love to create a good impression and social status in society, Our products offer innovativeness packed with premiumness and luxury unlike competitors who offer smartphones everyone can afford but our iphones and other devices will help you to make feel classy and elegant wherever you go.
