how can make a doctor really feels the touch sensation
while using a surgical robot? i need a plan that aims to create a
system of haptic feedback that actually let the doctor feel what
the robot is touching
(i just need a logical sequence of ideas without elaboration)
Attach a pressure sensor,or a sensor which produce electricity on touch(piezoelectric sensor)
USING PRESSURE SENSOR.
1-program the pressure sensor (i.e write a code, set pressure values,so as to determine gentle touch,cutting pressure.)
2-accordingly use output such as different coloured light,sound to help doctor understand the type of pressure applied.or use pressure sensor to plot pressure graph with respect to movement and doctor should correspond according to that.
3-If the pressure gets too high,i.e the robot is damaging some organs,it should point it out.
4-use a camera for monitoring such operations.
USING PIEZOELECTRIC SENSOR
1-use it to attain analogue signal.
2-convert it into digital signal.
3-(1)would mean touch(0) would mean no touch.
