b) HARDA Limited is a manufacturer of a detergent. The company is looking to launch its new detergents in an established market. What strategies should HARDA use to strengthen his business model?

A. At first we have to know what is business model. At its core, your business model is a description of how a business makes money. It’s an explanation of how one delivers value to the customers at an appropriate cost.

Business models can be broken into three parts:

  1. Everything it takes to make something: design, raw materials, manufacturing, labor, and so on.
  2. Everything it takes to sell that thing: marketing, distribution, delivering a service, and processing the sale.
  3. How and what the customer pays: pricing strategy, payment methods, payment timing, and so on.

Here , Mr. Peter can use the following things to grow his business

  1. He must use the best ingredients to use pizzas. He has to clean his kitchen very often. He can hire professional cook. He can appoint professional manager to manage his shop.
  2. To attract the people of collages he can give some exclussive offers to the students only. Delivery option have to be there. To boost in sale he may arrange some shows in the house.
  3. The pricing of items should be less than others .

B. HRADA Limited may follow the following stategies :

  1. By organizing a pre-launch giveaway

  2. Increaser organic visibility

  3. Create shareable content

  4. Take a chance with remarketing

  5. Create a recommendation system

  6. Establish relationships with customers

  7. Take care of your customer service.
