Answer: Good governance and accountability are important for sustainable and inclusive economic growth. The Good governance recognizes accountability with an improvement in the delivery of public services measures the performance and give incentives for achieving the targets and sanctions in case of non­-performance. Good governance is about the present and future requirements of the organization, exercises prudence in setting of the policies and decision-making, and that in best interests of all investors are taken into account
