1. Ask the patient about these symptoms

* Ask the patient to feel any nausea feel or vomiting in your day life

* Ask for any feeling of breast discomfort or breast tightness.

* Ask the patient about the last menstrual date or did the patient remember any specific day of last menstruation

* Ask the patient to feel of morning sickness in the early morning.

2. Pregnancy test

* Identifying human chorionic gonadotropin test to check your blood for hormone. This usually happens about 6 days after fertilization .

* HCG test are two types.

▪ a qualitative HCG test . Its prescribed after 10 days of conception. Some can detect the hormone as much earlier.

▪ A quantitative HCG test

It measures the exact amount of HCG in your blood .

▪ Urin test

This can take at home along with being private and convenient home.

▪ Ultrasonography

It is best confirmation pregnancy test , as early 6 week to identify and confirm pregnancy.

Due date Finding:

Estimated due date (EDD or EDC)

This may be estimated by adding 280 days (9 months and 7 days) to the day of the LMP.
