Better Productivity
A satisfied employee will be be s happy employee. He will be performing his duties efficiently and with sense of responsibility. He will find methods to complete the work in least possible time and esuring quality is not sacrificed thus making him productive for the organization. The time saved by him can be utilized by giving him additional higher responsibilities.
Lower absenteeism
A satisfied employee will love his work. He will consider the work of organization as his own work. An employee with a sense of satisfaction with his job will feel more inclined to be at that job. This reduces the instances of employee absenteeism, and it also helps to curb turnover.
Turnover rate
High performing cultures have also been shown to produce excellent results, attract, motivate, and retain talented employees, and adapt readily to change. Job satisfaction is inversely related to turnover intention and low turnover has been shown to increase organizational productivity and performance. A satisfied and happy employee will be willing to stay in the organization for longer period of time thus reducing the turnover rate.
