Effectiveness of a project is highly dependent upon the leadership behind the project. Performance of the member related to the project and success of the project are highly linked. Lack of leadership in the project management main causes failure to the project. First of all needed leadership skills in order to lead any project is to be identified and clarified. The leadership skills which is being required for an effective project management are as follows -

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is to be needed so that leader effectively manage the project. Leader should have ability to deliver and receive constructive and positive feed and listen to everyone.
2. Clear vision needed to be shared and leader must inspire his each and every member so that they feel connected and have high focus on their work.
3. High enthusiasm and positive attitude is one of the most important leadership skill required for an effective project management. Positive attitude displays confidence and provides positivity to every member related with the project.
