Will China overtake the US as the world's largest economy? What are the principal threats to continued Chinese growth, and how should the Chinese leadership respond? Will India overtake Chinese Economy?

Solutions

Expert Solution

No China will never overtake US as the world's largest economy is that China is not having the resources which US have. US is the most powerful nation in the world which is also having goods deals with every country in the world where as China they are not having good ties with the rest of the world. US product have a good market all over the world where as Chinese products are cheap but the reputation those products have is almost equal to something who cheats people by selling low quality items.

The major prinicple threat is its 's over population as China is having the largest population in the world. The resources are very less but the demands for resources are more which is increasing scarcity. Chinese companies and it's goods are having a bad repireputa all over the world. China is having very high number of old people when compared to young generation. Chinese leadership should try to establish good relationship with every country and many more things are to be done.

Yes India will definitely over take China in growth and economy wise as Indian economy is booming at a constant level year by year which making them to increase them to develop as a third world super power.Hence India will definitely overtake China.
