–Stomach?
–Skin?
Hi Answer:
Please find the charcaterstic features of each bacterium in table given below:
Name of organ | Characteristic features of bacteria |
Lungs | Common infection caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae a bacilli and anaerobic organism |
Small Intestine | Salmonella Infections causes by Salmonella typhi is a rod-shaped, gram negative bacteria having two membranes i.e. outer and inner membranes. |
Stomach | Most common infection caused by Helicobactor pylori. It cause stomach ulcer in the lining of our stomach. It is gram-negative, microaerophilic bacterium. It is S-shaped having flagella |
Skin |
Mainly two groups of bacteria causes skin infection i.e. Group A. Streptococcus (GAS), often called "strep." And Group B Staphylococcus aureus, commonly called "staph." Group A cause mild infection whereas the Group B Staph causes pimples and boils Staphylococcus aureus is Gram-positive, round-shaped bacterium. It shows positive test result for catalase and nitrate reduction and is a facultative anaerobe Streptococcus is gram-positivee bacteria in the shape of a slightly pointed cocci. Always found in pairs (diplococci) |
