Proteins forms the structural framework of the body. Protein is impotant for the overall metabolism and the functioning of the body. The high protein , high fat diet has so many benefits that this diet helps in controlling the hunger and reduces the apetite of the individual . High carbohydrate diet leads to the more apetite. The high protein and fat rich diet result in decreasing the level of insulin and helps to excrete out the excess of water from the body . This results in the body weightloss . This diet reduces fat that is present in form of fat droplets in the greater ommentum. The fat molecule are circulated in the blood in the form of triglyceride. These tryglyceride further leads to the coronary artery disease or the atherosclerosis in the obese individual. The low carbohydrate diet result in the lowering the level of triglyceride in the blood amd reduces the chances of the coronary diaease. There are three types of lipoproteins , low density lipoprotein , very low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein contains 75% of the protein . It also known as bad cholestrol. High protein diet increase the level of HDC in the blood. Therefore high protein, high fat, low carbohydrate diet leads to weightloss. The higj protein diet leads to increase the the risk of kidney disease results in clinical conditions like Nephrotic syndrome, glomerulonephritis. It also leads to osteoporosis and kidney stones.
