a.Copernicus and Ptolemy used the same assumptions to organize a different set of facts and came to the same conclusion.
b.Copernicus and Ptolemy used different assumptions to organize a different set of facts and came to the same conclusion.
c.Copernicus and Ptolemy used different assumptions to organize the same set of facts and came to different conclusions.
d.Copernicus and Ptolemy used the same assumptions to organize a different set of facts and came to different conclusions.

Answer:- 1) According to the copernicus that the planets are orbited the sun and the moon revolved around the Earth. The center of the solar system is the sun . We known thaf the planets revolve in an elliptical orbits But according to both copernicus and the ptolemy the planets revolve in a circular orbits. The copernicus is wrong in the certain aspects as the sun is not the centre of the solar system . According to the ptolemy, the planets moves in the circular orbit Both the ptolemy and copernious is wrong in this aspect .
Copernicus concluded that motion of the Earth also affects and determines tge exact position of the Heavens. The copernicuw model is rejected due to lack of proof as there is no motion of Earth felt on the ground surface. The ptolemy's model is wrong in this aspect that according to the ptolemy the Earth is the centre of the solar system and all other planets revolve around the Earth
Therfore , option B is the correct answer in which the copernicus
and the ptolemy used the different assumption to organise same set
of facts and come to different conclusion .
