how can i establish workload and activity scheduling as a pm?

There are many ways to schedule our workloads in order to make our work easy. If we have to do a lot of works then it should be properly scheduled and managed. As a personal manager it is our duty to make a schedule for the workloads. So lets know how the scheduling is done for workload.

So inorder to properly arrage the works the first thing is that we should do one work at a time and if we are scheduling multiple task then it is very difficult to execute. Then we should prioritize each work because it is the important stage. Here we have to arrange the work according to its relevancy. The most relevant and needed work should be done first like that. So after prioritization we should identify the difficulty and easiness of the task. Then only we can give enough time for each work. Our connunicstion should be clesr and specific and it should be understandable. Then by proper arrangement of this above said things we can properly schedule our workload. Thisnis how we schedule our workloads.
