Solutions

Expert Solution

Constitutional rights and protections I will be like to have more informations about are-

A. Commerce clause will be in section 8 of the first article of the United States constitution which will be stating the Congress has right to place regulation on the international and state to state trade and I should be aware of that because these trade regulation will be maintaining the uniformity throughout the state and allowing for simpler trade practices so when my company will be conducting business in different state or country than where it is registered now, then it will be becoming subject to Federal laws regulating foreign transactions. These regulations will be helping to to exploit our advantages to the maximum extent and follow the rules and regulation of the Government and enlarge our market share.

B. Right of free speech will be the basic right which should be properly known to me and this will be helping in expressing myself as restrictions which are applied by government are sometimes maintained infringement on a business right to free speech

C. Free association- as a business owner I should be having rightss about knowing up paying taxes and having a right to sue and maintain other rights under the constitution so the corporate right are point of contention was among various political parties and certain types of operators have many types of rights and hence the rights of corporations were helping into have a freedom of operations and association.
