Both Module 4 and Chapter 6 discuss the importance of two elements of a direct approach message:
This week, when you write emails, practice writing subject lines and message openings that follow the guidelines in the textbook and the Module.
Then, post the subject line and first few lines of an email you wrote -- either a request, or a reply (see Chapter 7 for clarification) -- that follows the guidelines.
Change any details (names, company names, etc.) that you need to for confidentiality purposes. If you don't write any emails this week, invent a situation.
See the examples in the Figures in Chapter 7 for more samples of subject lines and openings, should you need them.
(This question is related to the intro to buisness tech communication course but i am unable to find out that course can you please help me in this question to write an email)
Subject : How To Prepare For Canada Immigration (From Home)?
Email Body
“Hi,
Canada immigration involves a lot of planning and often this planning takes ample time. So, while you have time, here are 5 things you can do at home to improve your scope for a future in the dollar country - Canada.
1. IELTS Preparation: As English is the official language of Canada, the
English language assessment plays a significant role in getting a
PR visa. To help you get ready to face the challenges of this test
confidently, the Kansas English Language Trainer - Mr. Jyothi will
provide guidance on getting a score of 8, 7, 7, 7 or more in each
module respectively.
Process: Kindly reply to the mail to understand
the process of this training program.
Duration: 1 hour (per session)
2. Resume Preparation: A CV in the Canadian format
is the most important thing to attract responses from employers,
especially when you are in the pool. Moreover, your resume also
needs to pass through strong filters to reach a Canadian employer's
inbox when applied directly. The Kansas Resume Writing team
provides suggestions to prepare an international standard resume
that passes the filters easily. We guide to create a resume that is
industry-customized, result-driven and contains click-bait
titles.
Cost: Nil- The suggestions are for free.
Process: You can send us your latest resume via
email so that we help you with personalized details.
Duration: 40 hours.
3. Eligibility Check: An in-depth assessment of
your profile is mandate before you initiate the process. This
determines your eligibility, your job code, and several other
important factors. As applications get rejected primarily because
of choosing the wrong occupation code from the NOC (demand) list of
Canada or not checking your University eligibility for Education
assessment, etc., this step is of most importance.
Cost: 1500 INR+ GST
Process: You can speak to our consultant and ask
for an online assessment service.
Time: 15 hours
4. Preparing For Job: Even without a visa, you can
still apply for a job in Canada (although the possibilities of
obtaining one are very limited). However, applying for jobs in the
companies which exist in the region of the Atlantic (AIPP program)
or in the rural region (RINP) have great scope. The job search team
of ABC can help you with the data of the companies (200) that are
constantly looking for profiles like yours.
Cost: Nil
Process: You can email us for details.
Duration: 50-72 hours.
5. Preparing for PNP options: Besides the Federal
visa (PR), the provincial nominee programs (temporary visa) are of
immense help. Knowing which province you qualify for will help you
prepare in advance. The PNP team of Kansas will help you in listing
out best PNP options based on your score and your occupation
demand.
Cost: 1,000 INR (for PNP
suggestions/assessment)
Process: Speak to our consultant and ask for a PNP
assessment.
Time: 12 hours
