The best approch to have a check on crime is Public servent approch. It is the preffered model over the crime fighter approch due to following reasons

Public servant approch is a proactive model whereas crime fighter approch is an recative model of action

In pulic serveant approch there will be a good relations with the people the realtions with the peole will be limited in crime fighter approch

people will be fearful about the police in crime fighter approch which can act as a mechanisam to check. There will be no fear in public servant approch

the root problems of the crime is tackled in public servant approch. Crime fighter approch will come when the crime occurs in the society

The cooperations of citizens is a mandate in public servant approch. in crime fighter aproch the realtion to public is under the supermacy of police.

The work pressure under public servant approch is less when compared with crime control approch. In crime control approch there can be a tension exist between the public and the police.

People will be more satisfied in public servant approch than in crime control approch
