In the sterilization of the fresh fruit juice the factors a. Product Design, b. Process Design, and c. Shedule Design affects differently.
a. Product design
The layout of the farm is made such that it should affect positively in juice formation.
The layout should carry the fruit juice in such a way that the there is minimum chance to form the bacterias in the juice.
The sterilization must be the done before packaging of the juice.
So the layout is designed in such a way that the less sturilization is required for long sustainabilty of the fresh fruit juice.
b. Process Design
Process design is also an imporatnt aspect for sterilization of the fresh fruit juice.
The process by which the juice is sterilized plays important role in the quality of juice.
If the process is not suitable for the production the juice will deteriorated.
The process of the sterilization is depend upon the environmental conditions near he farm, availability of the fruit juice etc.
By considering these factors the process should be designed.
c. Schedule Design
Scheduling can also affect the process of sterlization
Scheduling is required because if we hold the juice for long time after sterilization, there is chance to foramation of bacteria in it.
The process is Sheduled in such a way that there is less time lag between sterilization and packaging.
