As organizations are continuously faced with restructuring,
strategic planning, and unexpected conflict, what techniques do you
feel are best to consider when communicating an organization’s
vision, changes in leadership, and/or establishment of goals? Why
do you believe it is so effective?
Techniques that I will be considering best for communicating the vision of an organisation for the change in leadership and establishment of goals are as follows-
A. Keep it simple with storytelling when communicating a change as good stories will be helpful in building trust.
B. Being authentic while communicating the change
C. Using of multiple models as they can be effective for different persons for communicating the change
D. Repeatedly reminding the change will be helpful in making these stakeholders familiar with change.
E. Constantly seeking the feedback is also an inclusive policy
F. Adherence to the company's vision and mission and policies the long run is also important
Communication of changes are important to all these stakeholders because they will be helping the organisation in striving forward and achieving its objective whereas I believe these modes of communication and ways of communicating to these stakeholders are important because they will be made familiar with the change and they would learn to adopt it and make the organisation will achieve its objective in a better way.
