One of major problems is neuron cell dead and you are interested in neurodegenerative diseases. You are discovered molecule involved in cell survival. Could you please desing your experiments to answer below questions? a)how do you test this molecule protect neuron cell dead? b)if this molecule protect neuron cell dead, how do you test which molecule involved in neuron cell survive? c)how do show this molecule involved neuroprotection in vivo?

Expert Solution

There are many neurodegenrative disease related to human being one of them is diabetic retinopathy ,in neurodegenrative disease many genes and metabolic pathways are involved here according to experiment molecules treated with neurodegenrative cell and detect the comparision between healthy neuron cell and degenrative cell if molecules works on neuron cell then there will be low degenerative value .

B this type of test is involved in epigenetic modification here a molecules deals with proteins and alter their work via enhancement or decreased .gives a specific molecules dose range and monitor their effect with time gives a idea about particular function.

C. Firstly it describe by in vitro experiment in which we extract a piece of neuron cell and gives a different dose of molecules in different time with their natural condition after that same treatment in vivo condition and if result is same than we can can say that yes this molecules is involved neuroprotection in vivo.

Malaria is one of the major diseases harming humans. In a sense, this is a relatively simple case study. A person has the parasite, they get treatment, they recover. However, malaria is not a scourge upon humanity because we do not have a treatment; rather, malaria is deadly due to the difficulty in stopping it spread, the massive reservoir of disease, and the cost of treatment. The below questions relate more to malaria the disease rather than the case study...

10. Consider Cell B, which is a normal neuron (i.e. one with standard extra- and intracellular concentrations of most ion species). a) Plot membrane potential vs time for the postsynaptic response of Cell B in response to an inhibitory neurotransmitter being released onto it by another cell, Cell A. Label and number axes. b) Explain how this could result by the neurotransmitter affecting EITHER an anion channel or a cation channel on Cell B. c) What would be the change...

The economic burden of influenza disease is recognized as one of the major public health problems globally. Much less is known about the economic burden of influenza. World Health Organization WHO publicized a Manual for estimating the economic burden of seasonal influenza to support the standardization of estimates of the economic burden of seasonal influenza across countries. The following article “Rationale and opportunities in estimating the economic burden of seasonal influenza across countries using a standardized WHO tool and manual”...

One of the major problems with front office accounting at the Royal Crest Hotel is monitoring guest and non-guest accounts using their manual system. Management has always extended local businesses and government officials charge privileges, the idea being that, with the convenience of deferred payments, local patrons would be more likely to dine and/or host clients at the hotel. This program has proved to be highly successful. The volume of purchases charged to such non-guest accounts now approximates the level...

One of the major problems that railway industries have faced since the earliest days is the prevention of service failures in running rail. As is the case will all modes of high-speed travel, failures of an essential component can have serious consequences. Rail is manufactured in different weights and conditions, and therefore, there are pursued a significant number of potential defects. In order to overcome the failure to occur during operating, a special predictive tool needs to be implemented to...
