Menstuaration is the condition where menstrual cycle end and low level of female hormone production.
Perimenopause: this is the time period just before the occurrence of menopause.
Surgical menopause : it is the condition where menopause is stopped before its natural end period. It is done by removing of ovary surgically.
Stress menopause : it is the condition where menopause is stopped before its natural end because of too much stress female have. This is due to increased cortisol level.
Sign of menopause : pain during sexual intercourse, early awakening, osteoporosis, vaginal dryness are most important symptoms of menopause.
Other life changes that women experience are mood swing, dry skin, hair fall, anxiety faced during menopause.
Women whose age is above than 50 years are said to be highest risk for osteoporosis . In this, age there is 4 times more risk of developing osteoporosis in females. In this condition , bones get lighter and thinner and highly prone to breaking of bone.
The traditional therapies for the conditions associated with menopause include estrogen hormone therapy, where estrogen is given to the female body, yoga, hypnosis and acupuncture.
The alternative therapies include taking the diet rich in soy food, vitamin E. Other therapy include avoiding the caffeine, spicy and processed food.
The health program will include the guiding of female about the importance of balanced diet during menopause and before menopause. The diet should include high calcium, high protein, iron rich diet. The food like soy food, broccoli, green vegetables, curd, milk are good to take. As, osteoporosis is common in female, they should take high calcium rich diet.
Other method is to exercise well. All women should take out some time for doing exercise. Yoga is very important for having free from problem during menopause. Morning walk and evening walk is preferred.
