Your company needs to update stakeholders(customers, suppliers, government/MPs, partners, and the community) about the impact of COVD-19 on its services. What communication strategies would you use to share information with these stakeholders, and reasons for choosing such, considering their merits and demerits. Reasons we are choosing such communication strategies, as to take relief from COVD-19 issues and panic, we should be aware about the consequences of any mistake and we should take sufficient measures to combat the current or ongoing situations. |
Merits: we could bring safe communication We could make our every communication more precise, effective and we could understand the importance of virtual reality and communication. Many service related jobs can be performed at just home, people could take better breathe during such pandemic situation, People can take care their home members and himself or herself much effectively, if we bring more flexible approach in communication. Demerits: Not all job can be performed virtually, there are jobs like field works, mechanical, electrical works all that are required to be done in the physical place. Not all messages could be conveyed through virtual communication, as there could also be issues of digital communication in several locations. |
