The impact of globalization on the community in upstate New York has been immense. Globalization has allowed organizations and business community of different countries to mix with the culture of different countries. Prior to implementation of globalization it was not possible for companies and entities from other parts of the world to conduct business operations in the country. Thus, globalization has made it possible for the business organizations to expand their operations in different parts of the world.

Considering the desire for organizations across the globe to utilize the immense opportunity that our country, United States of America provides the companies and entities have used the opportunity to good effect. Thus, the society and community in the country including in NY have been immensely benefitted with huge amount of capital inflow and business organizations. The globalization has specifically benefitted the community in the following ways:

1. Huge increase in the number of companies and organizations operating in this part of the world.
2. The free and fair market.
3. Increase amount of competition amongst the competitors in the market.
4. Huge power to the buyers in the market.
5. Demand and supply rules the market.
6. Increase amount of opportunity for the workers to work.
7. Creations of jobs.
8. Quality of products and services have increased immensely.
9. Increase amount of investment.
10. Inflow of foreign investment.
