Nevertheless, the consent of the partners in a marriage is needed or if the person is singles the need for the consent if an adult is to be taken to do the procedure.

From a global perspective, we find abortion is been on since ancient times in various written sources all across the globe like China to Chili. As a matter of the common law, the movement of the fetus makes abortion illegal if not perceived otherwise to be a threat to the mother’s life due to pregnancy. The religious texts often make this a taboo to perform abortions in various parts of the globe and the permission of the couple is needed to abort a child legally.
