Mrs.Smith is old about 75 years old and does not take care of her health. She lives in a surroundings which is full of violence. She often feels scared. She does not get her blood sugar checked. She is a believer of the views of the John Rawls, which state that the person has the freedom and the liberty to live alone and enjoy life. She emphasizes ahead that the person living in society should obey the norms and rules implemented by the governmental organization.It prohibits the occurence of crime in the society and justifies punishment to the people who break rules and commit crime in the society. The human living in the society have dignity and worth and should enjoy equal status irrespective of caste,religion and the status of the people living in the society. She discusses the liberal view of the feminine human beings as they excercise total freedom of living with equality in society.Nussbaum liberal theory of independent and liberal freedom of existence has several positive aspects along with the thinking of Dr.Amartya Sen thinking and views on freedom and the liberation in the society. The factor including the life of a person as explained to the doctor include --independence in life,freedom,love,care ,pamper,senses,imagination,emotions ,money and the practical handling of the situations in the life.Martha Nussbaum further explains that there are internal hidden capabilities in the person which need to be understood well so as to survive in the society. There are advanced capabilities also which develop over a long period of time.People living in society should believe in human ethics and freedom of living and should not go down too much to harass,humiliate or insult a person in the society as every person has the freedom and liberty to live in society. Suppose there are two groups of people living in the society with group A humiliating group B and group B members humiliating group A members. This should not happen in a good society which has people of many race, religion and caste. They should live freely with each other and enjoy cultural diversity. There should be a feeling of internal,advanced capabilities and personal security among people living in the society.
