Expert Solution

cash budget is a budget or plan of expected cash receipts and cash payment during the period . This cash inflows and outflows include revenues collected , expenses paid , loans receipts and payments ect ... cash budget is an estimated projection of the company's cash position in future .

In a healthcare sector mangers can manage cash budget by speeding cash collection and decreasing bad debt losses from the customer .for example a healthcare organisation may proactively send out a series of notices to patients to settle outstanding accounts within a given time frame for patients who are late on their payments . other goal of cash management include making investments with positive returns and strategic methods to make the company more profitable ( example a dental practice might offer add on treatments for certain procedures that will attract clients to spent more per visit ) . If possible  the manger try to slow down the cash disbursment . But at the same time we need to maintain our cridit privellage with the suppliers . mangers can encourage the customers to settle their payment early by giving discounts .
