Expert Solution

Answer. I will first hear the whole story of their dissatisfaction. As after hearing them I have found out that T.C has undergone Knee replacement surgery because she had constant knee pain, difficulty in walking and doctor diagnosed that the lubricate material in her knee has been negligible. As she told that sometimes the pain in her knee becomes unbearable, the doctor that did surgery says that this will take time, these are the Post surgery affects. Meanwhile, her husband consulted some other doctor. The online diagnosis of the doctor reveals that T.C has a ligament injury too at the surgical site.

As per my knowledge, this case comes under MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAWSUIT. Here, the couple can file a complaint against the doctor, but they need to prove that this injury was not present before the surgery, means they need to collect all the evidences through which they can win the case. It requires expenditure to collect all the evidences. Meanwhile, the couple should plan for an early lawsuit as this is having limitations to file the case between 1 to 3 years. Filing complaint against the doctor that did surgery and injured the ligament will also question his medical license!! Plus will help them in providing a good compensation for the injury caused by the doctor.

I will surely help this couple in arranging an Attorney and at the same will help the affected person in getting proper medical aid.
