Yes, I do firmly believe that all managers must take the decisions rationally as being a manager who has a lot of responsibilities must think carefully while opting a decision as a wrong decision from a manager could cause a lot of loss to the firm as a whole.

Answer 3:

Active listening is all about giving the maximum concentration to what is being said by the speaker without any kind of distractions.yes, managers need to be an active listener when it comes to the matters like problems of employee and customers where the manager needs to clearly understand the other side in order to rectify or solve. By developing an active listening ability, a manager could increase the overall efficiency and productivity of his organization.

Answer 4:

Influence is the ability to create some sort of effect on the character, behaviour or attribute of someone or something respectively.

  • Reciprocation where the people would reciprocate the same treatment they received without any fail.
  • Consensus where approval would be given due to some liking factor towards the particular matter.
  • Commitment where the actions would be based on the responsible mindset towards someone or something.
  • Liking where approval to something would be given due to some personal liking towards it.
  • Authority where a dominance behavior is shown due to the power they have
  • Scarcity where there would be the sudden seizing of the opportunity given by others due to the limited resource factor.

According to me, reciprocation is having an influence on me as I believe that every person should be treated the way they treat us. By this kind of influence, people can know that all should be treated fairly so that they themselves receive the same.

Hence the answer.
