Performance evaluation is an evaluating process where an employee’s job performance and productivity is evaluated over a certain time period.
There are certain factors of employee attributes which can be assessed for process, these are: organizational behavior, citizenship behavior, achievements of employees, strengths and weaknesses, and Future improvement opportunities. So, the performance evaluation is very much crucial for success or failure of the organization.
A proper Performance Evaluation have to educate the employees in the organization about company's goals, and it's market expectations. The performance evaluation method need to be shaped according to different legal laws and other employment acts.
