Harassment and discrimination are harmful to an organization and till date various measures have been implemented by the organizations to counter these acts that tends to happen within an organizational framework. Anti-discriminatory policies and actions are issued by each and every organization and forms the basic necessity to maintain harmony and efficiency in an organizational framework. The following are the various ways in which discrimination and harassment are addressed in an organization.
· Implementation of various acts that have been issued in the state that aims at preventing the rights at workplaces.

· Formation of a squad within the organization for quality checks and getting responses about the working condition on a weekly basis so as to identify any possible threats to any of the staff.
Discrimination and harassment within an organization would lead to destroying the organization itself and thus all the above must be implemented on a strict basis so as to curtail any such happenings within an organizational framework.
