What would be the relative risk (Steven Johnson Syndrome) of abruptly changing the administration time of Lamictal (lamotrigine) from morning to bedtime (so probably 12 hour difference) vs another daily psychotropic? Any higher risk?
How about multiple changes in a week?

The stevens-johnson syndrome is a very rare syndrome. The Stevens Johnson syndrome is caused by the side effect of certain medications. stevens-johnson syndrome in affects the upper layer of the skin the mucous membrane of the alimentary canal. It was affects the male and female reproductive system . Stevens-johnson syndrome also affects the respiratory tract in its conductive pathway results in the flu like symptoms. The upper layer of the skin affected result in the purplish red appearance and also in the necrosis of the upper layer of the skin . The sudden shift of the changing the time of administration of the lamictal from morning to evening result in development of certain complications in this type of patients . The multiple changes in a week will furthet the leads to more complication on these patients.the chances of the complication with the daily psychrotrophic and the development of the Steven Johnson syndrome is very low risk Steven Johnson syndrome has the incubation period of a 24 hours the Steven Johnson syndrome introduced by the skin of a small piece of skin is cut and it is an observed for microbial findings .
