The key differences between academic research and workplace research:-

  1. Academic research:-
    Goal - To find information help find your answer to a Scholarly question mainly to present our key skills
       Research - It is a secondary part of the process here
    Audience - professor and fellow students
    significance - more kind of an abstract then than applied
    for ex:- Subjects that help us in real life? these type of questions are academic research
  2. workplace research:-
    Goal - To find information help find your answer to a Practical question mainly it depends upon the research question
       Research - It is a Primary part of the process here
    Audience - may change from project to project can be inside of the org. or outside
    significance - more focus on improving the situation at an organization
    for ex:- What should be the perfect hiring policy so that we could get the best talent onboard?

Ans 2. logical fallacy is basically a reasoning error that invalidates or voids your argument that you pitched i.e flaw in the structure of your argument these are categorized into two main parts:-

- Formal
- informal

four most common logical fallacy is:-

  1. Ad Hominem:- This fallacy is all about when a person rejects or voids the argument of a person on the basics of physical appearance, background, or ethnicity it is also considered as an insult directly judging you on your looks.
  2. Strawman Argument:- This fallacy is all about attacking a person where he/she expected it the less the main motive is to neglect the argument and pick up the argument on a basic straw as the name suggests it's not more than a cheap trick to win through.
  3. False Dilemma:- it is also called the black-and-white fallacy it is all about the dilemma which is not as the usual classic Dilemma having only two options whereas it has more than two options hidden which leads to fallacy.
  4. Circular Argument:- it is also called Petitio principii meaning Assuming the initial as the name suggests this fallacy is all about revolving all around the argument again and again not reaching to a conclusion making points that were made beforehand that are supposed to be pre-assumed creating a fallacy.

  1. Laws and regulation:- in a different country there are different laws related to a product or advertising, etc, for ex:- France and Mexico restrict the use of foreign language in advertising which has to be taken into consideration
  2. Social norms:- Beyond the formal equation that you share with that person the background of that person affects it a lot as the norms that he/she follows to make them feel more familiar
  3. Language:-Language is the key to communication and if it is not the same then there's a problem that they have to face as the most comfortable language to a person is the native but there has to be a common language to take out the conversation smoothly
  4. Economics:- What are the basic availability of capital into a project, inflation rates, exchange rates affects the business directly forex:- India has high import duty so the assembly line has to be in the country to avoid high taxes
