IP is 200.100.100.0 and divides it into the 10 subnets and according to the below hosts per subnet.

This is the diagram according to the Variable-length subnet masking and the switches with the number of hosts as in question and their IP addresses with CIDR notations representing the subnet masks. In this way the IP addresses can be allocated as per the above subnet IDs.
