Temperature is not energy; it is a measure of the tendency of a body to gain or lose heat. Two bodies are said to be at the same temperature if there is no net heat flow between them; this is the definition of temperature. Because evapotranspiration (AET) is a function of temprature, Evapotranspiration in plants occurs due to temprature and it is a main driving force for photosynthesis. Hence, the ist possibiltiy is, any hypothesis that temperature controls diversity directly has the simple consequential prediction that diversity will be greater where temperatures are higher.
A second possibility is that diversity is controlled not by mean temperature, but by variability in temperature. Thus lots of work has been published on energy -diveristy hypothesis but not any single has absolute authentication. So on the basis of above discussion, we can conclude that the total number of plants per site is higher in site with high temprature means high actual evapotranspiration.
