Similarities b/w technical & internal communication

1. We think attentively about what message or information we need to convey to reciver, and design message accordingly

2. We carefully Frame message – writing sentences and design to maximise engagement & avoid ambiguity, jargon & inconsistency as well

3. We convent over message through a variety of channels, often simultaneously

4.we take feedback from our audiences or peoples and adapt what we are doing in response

Dissimilarities b/w technical & internal communication

1.In Internal communication,communicators have a strong idea about their audience is like any employees, or a any subset of the employee where as In Technical communication,communicators often work with an idea of a user role or personal instead.

2. In Internal communiation, commicators l ook at emotional responses of their audience Where in Technical Communication these things and not going to entertain.
