Ancient nurses suffers from lack of source of material ,Florence in 1860 established nightigale nursing school as the first school in the world,with the establishment of this school she changed nursing to a respectful profession.before her era sick peoples would go to the churches or monasteries for health care,nurses were often nuns or monks who attended to the patients and freuently traveled to difrent towns whenever their service were required.Todays nursing profession changed drastically there are better hospitals ,more training programs, a sense of family and focus on patient care in the nursing industry that has saved lives and created dedicated and expert nursing professionals,the training of nurses was very rudimentary in the ancient times, in early days of nursing the women learned medical skills from their mothers or other women inthe same profession ,now days nursing offers degree,PG programs and the Doctorate degree and many more specialities.it gives quality education to the students and make them to handle difficult tasks and operate advanced devices and save lifes,this profession gives satisfaciton along with good earnings for the modern nurses.
