but it also means that one cannot wear T shirt that has profanity and vulgar words and it is not protected by the first amendment because you are not free to do as words can amount to libel defamation or obscenity and both are against the law of free speech.

Hence, it is not allowed to wear T shirt that has profanity and vulgar words because it will not be protected by the first amendment and it will be attracting defamation or obscenity.
