There are a lot of uncertainty associated with heating ventilating and air conditioning markets in United States and Canada-

A. There is a uncertainty related to the overall demand pattern of the products like air conditioners and ventilators as the climate is highly unpredictable and the customer demand is not sustainable enough to be uniform in all the seasons.

B. The climatic condition in these regions are highly unpredictable in nature and due to the uncertainty is associated with prediction of these climate conditions, there is high uncertainty in the markets relating to heating and air conditioning.

C. There is a high number of uncertainty from rising number of New housing units, and demand for AC pumps but there is high cost involved so the demand pattern cannot be accurately predicted.

D. The level of operations are also important while prediction of of cost and revenue so their uncertainty is related to their operations

E. The manufacturer of these products have various kinds of equipment for purposes and applications, so the competition in global market can also be a factor for uncertainty.

These uncertainty are caused by volatility in demand patterns and climatic change along with cost structure for the company.
