populations and illustrate one or more with two examples involving
human genetic
disorders

Natural selection, genetic drift and gene flow are the driving force for allele, gamet & haplotye frequencies. All these natural phenomena is really necessary to strengthen the gene pool and pass on the good genes. Gene pool refers to the set of all the genes (good and bad genes and their alleles) in a given population . Or if we talk on the broader scale we can include whole human race. This drving forces are like a "maintanance man" which keeps on selecting mostly strong alleles of good gene and weak alleles of bad gene so that the human race or a population remains free for any genetic disorders, bacause the only main thing for our cells is positive selection and propogation. Because of this only we are alive without any disorders. But its not same for all, sometines there are errors in the work of this driving forces which tend to select a recessive allele of any particular bad gene ,i.e. genetic disorder gene. Then there comes a problem. But the error rate is really very low . I will not write a particular no for the error rate because it really depends on the gene pool.
The more constricted gene pool , more the cances of erros. This is the reasons why scientific and medical community always advice people , to not marry in the colse and far relatives.
