Answer (1):

Technology has provided multiple opportunities for businesses to develop their overall performance. While the exponential development of technology has increased efficiency and advancement, it has also brought about changes in organizations. There is a close association between organizational behaviour and technology as technology defines the human capital an organization needs; in turn, it defines an organization's structure, finances, and administrative methods. While the exponential development of technology has improved efficiency and advancement, it has also brought about changes in job standards, employee preferences and changes in the workplace. For example, an organization like Messy Chocolates started with typewriters, desk phones and door-to-door sales from very humble beginnings. Regardless of the technological effect on their enterprise, the company structure is now almost unrecognizable. Technological progress can improve business productivity and prosperity. The technology will become the catalyst and engine of corporate progress as companies try to increase their competitiveness. Yes, the relation between OB and technology is constantly evolving, but the basic rules remain constant. As organisations are more dependent on technology to solve challenges, handle interactions, and provide direct input to staff and consumers, the manager would have a vast amount of data available for determining response times, the consistency of responses, and adherence to project and program schedules. Technology is evolving every day now, and employees need to be able to improve their skills with minimal training. Organizations have to broaden their network by considering a diverse population to attract such highly sought-after jobs. Technology also allows people with disabilities the opportunity to operate from home or contractors based in overseas. Yes, lots of things related to business ethics, basic concepts of businesses, organizational structures remain same as yesterday low tech-era, but lots of things are also changing due to fast-evolving technologies and remain competitive in the marketplace.

The world now has 24-hour connections, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Sending an email to an office halfway around the world is simple, retrieving data from three different locations within minutes, and then attending a video conference call with representatives from a dozen different countries. Customers can purchase goods and services at any time, except when their physical store is closed, enabling companies to continue making money. Basic business software helps an organization to automate back-office activities such as record keeping, accounting, and payroll functions. Mobile software facilitates real-time connectivity between home offices and field reps. For instance, field reps may use mobile apps to monitor their everyday expenditures as they accumulate and make them automatically synchronize with accounting software back at the office. Computer systems and business software typically enable workers to process more information than manual methods. This is also important for company owners to introduce company technologies to reduce the amount of human labour in business functions. This makes it possible for small companies to stop paying labour expenses along with benefits for workers.

Answer(2):

Gender equality, ethnic diversity and racial diversity create new ways of thinking and ideas within businesses. This enhances the generation of ideas and innovation to improve the workplace and product. Therefore, it helps to boost the competitiveness of businesses, smooth operations and overall profitability. I have personally found the importance of brainstorming sessions with various people from different countries to provide suggestions to make the company suitable for the global market and to demonstrate different facets of the business. Diversity in the workplace includes workers from a range of backgrounds that can have different viewpoints and bring from the specific life experiences that support the decision-making and problem-solving processes of any company. Businesses need to keep delivering the best goods or services to succeed so that those who can have a more diverse workforce can have a competitive advantage overall. I have found that people of colour are rapidly becoming a significant customer base themselves, and businesses need to consider how to build goods they want and sell to them. Workplace diversity is a key component of a firm 's culture. Diversity in the workplace not only increases well-being, drive and satisfaction for employees but also makes the workplace more inviting to new and current employees. Part of the value of diversity in the workforce is that it encourages inclusion in the workforce, which may contribute to greater tolerance and appreciation of the views of others while leading to greater cooperation.
