Memorandum

Date: June 1, 2020

To: All Employees

From: Operations Manager

Subject: Disaster zone!

OMG! I said U were supposed to clean the work area last week, but that didn’t happen. A few office girls cleaned their desks, but no one cleaned the common areas, you all saw what a mess they were in!

So we’re gonna try it all over again. Our company can't afford to hire cleaners. So I am writing to inform you that I wanna see empty wastebaskets on Friday. And the lunchroom. It's a disaster area. You gotta throw any food left in the fridge on Friday afternoon in the trash, I don't wanna smell that stink on Monday. And you'd better not leave any spills on the counter.

If you can’t do a better job this Friday. I will have to assign you to a specific cleaning schedule, which I don’t want to do, but you may force me don't make me do this or I'll be angry!

All Staff

Dear team members:

I hope you all are well and enjoying the work. Since your inception we are receiving positive feedback from clients because of our hard work and enthusiasm to perform our task in a customer service oriented environment.

I, as a operation manager observed that cleaningness in our office is not up to the mark. A few office girls clean there desk.

I suggest all workers should perform the following action in order to keep office clean.

1. Our common area is not clean, so clean the common area with handy dusting tool.

2. In our lunch room clean fridge regularly and do not left any food there in fridge.

3. Wast basket and lunch room should regularly cleaned up, so clean waste basket and lunch room on every friday.

4. Put a canister of sterilized wipes in your office drawer or closet for quick cleanups of coffee spills.

Although cleanliness in the office is the duty of cleaning staff, we have to recognize our responsibility for clean and sanitized office environment.

Please understand our responsibility for the cleanliness of office which will be resulted in the fast growth of our company and consequently a high increment of salary.

Thank you all

Sincere regard

Operation manager
