what is the working process of excretory system & endocrine glands function together to hold hydration homeostasis (mammals)? what is the substance that inhibit with the homeostasis & how does it do that?

Solutions

Expert Solution

Excretory system- It is the system of an Organisation's body that performs the function of discharge of waste material from the body. It eliminates waste products by homeostasis. This system includes of Kidney, large intestine, lungs, skin, and liver. The dual function of this system is to remove the waste products of metabolism and drain the broken used component in liquid and gas states through the excretory system.

Urinary system- The Kidney removes the blood from nitrogenous substances such as urea, salt, and excess water.

Kidney: Maintain volume of extracellular fluid, ionic balance in extracellular fluid.

Skin: It is responsible for sweating.

The Pituitary gland an endocrine gland releases ADH which regulates the amount of water.

There are three factors that affect homeostasis.

1.Internal influences- Aging and genetics

2.External influence-Nutrition deficiency

3.Environmental influences-Toxin.
