A pheochromocytoma is a rare, usually non cancerous tumor that develop in adrenal gland.there are 2 adrenal glands ,each of which present one on the top of each kidney ,usually pheochromocytoma develops in only one adrenal gland.In pheochromocytoma ,tumor release high adrenalin and nor adrenaline or both .These hormones regulate heart beat and blood pressure.Due to hypersecretion of these hormones blood pressure increases.Blood pressure becomes too high and leads to death
2 ). In type 2 diabetes,cells in child's body do not respond to insulin,so glucose buils up in his bloodstream.Cells are not able to take up insulin.So sugar level in blood in his body gets too high for it to handle .
As a health professional i will advice him to get exercise for at least 60 minutes everyday.limit his screen time at home to less than 2 hours a day. Reduce calories,unhealthy fat and sweets in his diet. I will advice him to make sure he gets physical activity each day.
