Answer:
1) It is a good example of using scientific methods for studying the effects of vaccines and severity of illness. This is because individuals can be assessed for any symptoms arising after vaccine administration to the individual.
We can also calculate the maximum pharmacological doses of vaccines and other drugs.
2) Based on the given study, there is connection between the vaccine and autism development in children. As it is well known that vaccines have certain side effects in children which can be mild or severe( life-threatening) and the children who have developed autism were vaccinated with MMR vaccine sometime before.
A possibility is that these children have been immunocompromised due to some congenital disease, due to which there occured vaccine virus infection leading to systemic and neurological manifestations(autism).
3) There is a correlation between autism and vaccine according to other studies also. This is because vaccine side effects can occur due to the following:
A) inherent quality of the vaccine.
B) manufacturing problems.
C) immunocompromised child
D) congenital disease.
Vaccine side effects can be mild like fever , rashes, pain ,etc but if severe it can cause anaphylaxis and other neurological disorders and even problem in speech and language skills.
