The following are the cultural difference between Chinese and Americans
1- Chinese society believes in groups while Americans in individualism. Ameri is a meritocracy where individual can shine whereas in China any success or failure is regarded as a success or failure for company, family or of the team .
2- The way Chinese treats their senior is somewhat different from that of the Americans way of treating their seniors In China they belive in the family system where elders are held in high respect and generation lives together under single roof while that in America people wants their children to be independent.
3- Chinese believe in fostering deeper friendship than Americans the same applies in business as they try to be social first as part of building relationship while in America they try to maintain their personal and professional life separately .
4- Chinese in Urban areas are used to lack of personal space as cities are densely populated, polluted and crowded, Whereas American are more used to of physical space and will become territorial if feel crowded, snapping on people who push in a que and staking out little kingdom for themselves.
5- Business move to a different space in America from that one of China, as American focuses on speed and efficiency and will hurry to get things done quickly.for them time is money While that in China they believes in a slow process considering deadlines can only be met when the time is right.
Americans perception for Hierarchy is nil, as they do not have hierarchical system in their business system they tends to follow a flattered structure in a business organisation where employees of all level have a direct access to the top management or head of the company. There treat each other equally with same respect for each one of them as no one is suppose to let feel superior or inferior
Americans Priortize freedom as part of their value system than comes the goods and means to acquire them viz money and profit. As competition is central part, but fairness of transaction is presupposed which implies honesty, truthfulness and general respect for person. Each of these values can be abused and such abuses characterize the seemy side of capitalism. A myth of amoral business undermines the value.
The failure of integration by the Americans as most of the American people do not share life spaces with other races or other class of people and due to this many native people faces inequality due to racisim factor and they suffered a lot due to this separatism just because as we the people of the society is haunted by the old pilgirism and old thoughts of the society and the nation suffers from race relation
In order to improve the integration among the American society the following are the suggestion-
1- Share your culture and your experience.
2- Treat everyone equally without discrimination
3- Get acquainted with American culture.
4- Meet the local and talk.
The vision, mission and strategic objectives of the company-
a- Vision- A vision statement of a company describes where the company aspires to be upon achieving its mission it reveals the where of a business.
b- Mission-A mission statement is in some way, an action oriented mission statement declares the purpose of an organisation serves to its audience.
c- Objectives- The company has certain objectives which refers to the goals of the company
