The mandatory skill is interpersonal skills and personal characteristics, because it is used to communicate the ideas, help people on one platform and get the job done proficiently. It also helps in assessing the need of training, leadership and or new ideas that can put forward the organization. On the basis of these inputs, other dimensions and skills are effectively used. Hence, this type of skill is necessary.

In data collection and analysis type of skills, I feel to be more proficient, as I can implement the latest techniques, artificial intelligence and get the accurate results. The skill, in that I feel myself to learn more is consulting skills. I need more exposure and need to work in different environment that can increase my learning in this skills. So, I am less proficient in consulting skills.
