Which germ layers are present in cnidarians? Which tissues do they produce?
Cnidarians have two layers ectoderm and endoderm. Both are germ layers. They are known as diploblastic animals because of both these layers.
The ectoderm produces the epidermis and endodermis produces the covering of the digestive cavity.
Both inner and outer layers have muscle like fibers that helps the animal move.
